Some aspects of the Union work is housed in separate foundations or commissions.

• The Union Building Foundation (UBS)

The board of the UBS consists of the following members: J.H. Stukker (chairman), H. Wijnholds (general assistant), H.W. Hofmann (secretary/administrator), H. Wijma, F.R. Neerhof-Oving and A.J. Boerrigter. As a consultant J. Drenth and MM den Boer are attached to the board.
