Vision

The Working Woman Sphere of the Union has the following objectives:

  • Help women grow in God's Kingdom.
  • Help women in development, to work in the community, family and society.
  • Women to participate in exciting activities, both in the commune as a social and societal.

Women's Work in the 21st Century
Women of today are developing in many ways. We live in an age of contradictions. Young women are preparing another way for the future than how women in the past did. Young women have less time and thus must rearrange than before. Often they have next to a family, a job, or do they have. They have less time for other activities. Younger women tend to have higher education than older women, leading the spiritual growth and development can take place otherwise than in older women. In the interest of women's work is a challenge to all age groups to activate.

The women's work will be a platform for women in need of joint activities in many areas.

Representation in Union Council
There is a woman working portfolio in the Union Council. Its primary task is to investigate where opportunities lie for renewal and expansion of women's work. Existing women's work (which was formerly NBvB) continues to receive attention and support are needed. A Sphere responsible for the working woman who is active within the staff of the Union will be a valuable necessity.
