Henk Bakker foto Henk Bakker
Henk Bakker (1960) lives in Ede, a member of the Baptist congregation at Ede Transit and teaches at the Christian University Ede, the Center for Evangelical and Reformation Theology (VU) and the Baptist Seminary. He is an assistant professor at the VU for the chair of History, Identity and the Theology of Baptism.

Henk teaches at the Seminary systematic, historical and pastoral theology, church history, hermeneutics and ethics. He has been pastor himself fifteen years.

Dr Edward Green foto Eduard Groen
Edward Green (b. 1959) was born and raised in Groningen Hoogkerk before moving to Zeist. He is a member of Shiloh Baptist Church of Utrecht. Since 1987 he taught at the University of Utrecht (until 1988), NBI College (1989-1998), Windesheim (from 2002) and at the seminary (from 2005). At the seminary teaches practical theology Edward, gemeenteopbouw, welfare studies, didactics and sociology of religion.

Wout Huizing (1957) lives in The Hague and has remained a member of the Baptist church, he served as pastor from 1985-1993. Wout to the seminary is responsible for mentoring, peer review and supervision. In addition, he is staff member of the national umbrella Relief, a Christian association of healthcare providers.

For supervision and peer review, the question arises who you are (and person) you work as a pastor (job) within a municipality (context). Here you can learn about reflection and gradually discover what drives you and inspires.You also learn the critical discussion of experience how you can hold as pastor and in the service of God can stand with "delight and effect."

Teun van der Leer (1959) lives in Westervoort and is a member of the Baptist congregation Utrecht de Rank. Since 2005 he is lecturer in the subjects: Homiletics, Liturgiek, Spirituality, Baptistica (history and theology of baptism) and Ecclesiology (the doctrine of the church). Since 2007 he is also rector of the seminary.
