"From the Union, we want the youth in the communities inspire, support and training so that a climate is created where the youth God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit can come to know, believe in Him, follow Him and share His message involved and committed to each other with their gifts and talents. "

The Union wants to do, in partnership with Youth for Christ , including by providing customized to the municipalities. Examples are:

• The equipping and motivating youth leadership;
• guidance policies in municipalities;
• identification of trends, developments and improvements on the programs offered within the Union Baptist church.
