Congregational

Congregation is a "Sphere within a Sphere" and is responsible for promoting anything with singing and music in the municipalities and the Union has to do. Contacts with Buma / Stemra / Foundation License on behalf of the EU member municipalities Sphere maintains contacts with these authorities to conclude collective agreements, so that not every municipality separately to negotiations have to go.
