In a weekend of meetings with old friends, is worthy of NBJB goodbye. Approximately 80 weekend guests endured cold nights but warm moments in the Strubben Schoonloo. Sure 175 people attended the festival in total.

Friday night we sang under the direction of André Bijleveld gospel: it was started at number one (I've got oil in my lamp) and so we sang our way through the beam.
Saturday was a relaxed day. The opening was provided by Wim Meijer and the combo of the town of Zwolle. In the afternoon, as you have no other choice as Baptists, gevolleybald fanatic. The team from Enschede won the pie.
Saturday night was filled with a quiz, which succeeded thanks to an enthusiastic audience. Later that evening, the fire again. And there was the message from a last-NBJB marriage proposal. Matthieu Schaap thought that there is no better place or time, his girlfriend Evelyn, met during a NBJB camp, asking to marry.
Sunday was marked by the celebration. Piet Brongers, Nico Schipper and Linda Weaver walked us through the past. The combo of the municipality of Leeuwarden guided the top-10 songs that the participants had been chosen from 85 NBJB hits. A large vase with them memories of participants was beaten so everyone breaks a piece of the vase could take them home. At the end of the celebration is a group picture of all present.
We look back on a successful weekend, which many people shared memories of past and present. There were literally pictures taken from the bag with one another to go back in time. The "Be prepared" was once sung from the heart. There was a photo exhibition with hundreds of photos of NBJB. There were songs sung in years not been heard. A weekend to cherish and never forget. Www.NBJB.nl to use the anniversary booklet or a DVD with all the hundreds of photos.
